  1. Use Windows Settings > System > Display > Scale and layout to
    1. Set the resolution to 1920x1080, and
    2. Set scaling to 100%.
  2. Use Browser's settings to set the target page's zoom to 200%.
  3. Examine the target page to verify that:
    1. All text resizes fully, including text in form fields.
    2. Text isn't clipped, truncated, or obscured.
    3. All content remains available.
    4. All functionality remains available.
